How long is your season? Our season runs from 1st March through until 9th January.

What are your site fees? Our site fees are £2100 per year.

Are dogs welcome? Yes, they are more than welcome – but we do ask they are well behaved and kept under control at all times as we are a working farm. We look forward to meeting our four-legged guests!

How long can my caravan be onsite? We have a standard 15-year lease, with an option to extend if the caravan is still in good condition.

How far is it into the town of Appleby? Appleby is a short drive (5 minutes), or a leisurely 40-minute walk.

How far is it to the Lakes? The beautiful Lake District is of course a must see whilst you are here! The village of Pooley Bridge, which sits on Ullswater, is 19 miles and Keswick is 30 miles.

What local walks are there? We have many beautiful, local walks (and wildlife to spot) straight from your caravan door – something for all abilities. Some of the most popular that we would recommend: Flakebridge Wood, Brackenber Moor, Murton Pike, High Cup Nick, and Dufton Pike

How far to the nearest pub? The Royal Oak is a friendly, welcoming pub/restaurant – good drink and good food! It’ just 1.7 miles – a 5-minute drive or a 30-minute walk.

Places to eat in Appleby and surrounding area? There is a good selection of pubs, bars, restaurants, and takeaways in Appleby:
